I replaced a large screen enclosure 24’x67’ that was 23 yo. Having used A Certified in the past, I contracted with them on this job. They provided various options for the enclosed lanai in a timely manor. The actual start date was a few months in the future because of there workload. Bottom line, it was worth the wait. The design with the picture windows, 17×20 polyester core screen and execution were flawless. The end result exceeded our expectations. It is true what other reviewers stated, it is hard to see and the view is uninterrupted. Finally, the installation crew worked diligently every day, they arrived early and left late. The whole process from quote to installation couldn’t have been better.

We’ve been using A Certified for small repairs since we moved here in 2018. We recently had our entire screen replaced since it was over 20 years old. I must say they actually “exceeded” my expectations. How many times can you say that? By the way, if replacing your screen, I strongly recommend taking them up on their options of replacing all screws and anchors. Well worth the money.

This Company should be called, “A+ Certified…”. Very professional and prompt with the estimate, construction, and answering questions. Start and completion of the pool enclosure was accomplished as promised. Rob and his crew’s workmanship was beyond my expectations, and that is saying something. Everyone, including my Wife and I, are amazed with how well the enclosure was built and no little detail was missed or corner cut. I would 100% recommend and/or hire their team to do future work.

Great people to do business with from the estimator to the office staff right down to the installers. One day complete re-screen of my pool and rear patio area and the job was better than I expected. They made a 20 year old enclosure look almost brand new and we couldn’t be happier! They did everything they said they would do and then some! Four years ago, we undertook a renovation project for our pool deck and screened enclosure. The renovations included adding a large built-in spa and expanding the screened enclosure to cover it. There had been a flat panel roof over the outdoor table area for shade and shelter from the rain. That would be widened and lengthened to cover the spa as well. After taking three bids, we selected A-Certified to perform the work on the enclosure. We have been absolutely delighted with the results. Todd’s crew of professionals performed their work with minimal disruptions to our daily routine and without damaging the landscaping and plantings around the original enclosure. The job was completed on time and on budget. We were more than satisfied and have recommended A-Certified to friends and neighbors without reservation.

Recently, a small but annoying leak developed in the flat roof over the outdoor table. I asked Tiara at A- Certified for a recommendation for a roofer to seal the roof. The next day, Todd took the time to come by and inspect it himself. Two days later, Cody arrived to make repairs. He removed the flashing where the roof attached under the eaves of the house and inspected the area to look for possible entry points. He pressure-cleaned the whole roof and returned later that day to reseal the roof and re-install the flashing. During the recent rains, there have been no more leaks. Once again, Todd’s employees have been very cordial and professional.

The morning after Cody completed the work, I received an e-mail from Tiara telling me there would be no charge for the work or materials, but to let her know if the repairs were effective. I was absolutely amazed! Four years had passed, as had two hurricanes, and the one-year warranty had expired long ago, but Todd and his company still stood by their work. That level of pride in craftsmanship and customer service is all too rare these days. It is gratifying to know that there is a local contractor with the work ethic and professionalism exhibited by this company.
